The insights learned and the skills gained from Jonathan Training were given to me at a critical time, early in leadership. People longed to be effective but were not sure what to do. For many, vision had faded. What could they do? What should they do? What was God’s part? Careful examination of Scripture coupled with learning from best practices, and staying in step with God’s Spirit brought amazing new results. As people were completing training's, they were leaving with hope, faith and confidence. Hope that things could be different. Faith that God would work and confidence that they knew the part they should play. I strongly endorse the Jonathan Training with its ‘hill 111’ vision.
